The Power of Crying Out

The Almighty God may allow crisis in the lives of his beloved children so that He can fulfill the promise of Psalm 50:15 which says, “Call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.”

God promised to give David the crown, to make him king; but David was pursued by Saul, and was in danger of his life—but all this while it was David’s duty to cry out to God. God promised Paul the lives of all who were with him in the ship; but the winds blew, the ship split and broke in pieces upon the broken pieces of the ship they all came safe to shore.  Let us cry to God from the depth of our heart when crsis came into our lives.
